Fishing Tournament at Lake #3 from 9-11. Medals will be awarded for the 3 largest fish caught by the fishing kiddos 12 and under. Donuts and waters will be provided!

Easter Egg Hunt at Mr. Taylor Burns’ property in the cul-de-sac by the donkeys. The Egg Hunt will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. We will have brunch in the cul-de-sac immediately after the Egg Hunt. The Board will only be furnishing paper goods for this event. Hilary Mayo will contact residents via SignUp Genius to volunteer to bring side items for the brunch. Bring extra chairs for seating. There will be none available at the brunch, only tables for the food.

Cinco de Mayo Adult Social at the Rays’ house at 19637 Copperoaks Drive beginning at 5:00 p.m. We will have games to play or you can just visit with your neighbors. Please plan to bring Mexican food items to share. Drinks and paper goods will be furnished.

July 4, 2025
4th of July Celebration at the Picnic Area by Lake #1. The parade will begin at 10:30 a.m., and parade participants will line up at the corner of Copperoaks and Great Oak Circle (by the Strongs’ house at 19507 Copperoaks.) at 10:15 a.m. The parade route will end at the Picnic Area on Three Lakes Rd. We will gather for the picnic immediately after the parade and eat as soon as the fish is ready. The Board will provide fried catfish, fries, condiments, bottled waters and paper goods. Bring extra seating.
August 2, 2025
East Texas Food Bank- volunteer day for CP families from 8:30-11:30. No children under 8 years of age allowed to volunteer. A Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability Form must be signed for each family or individual residents. There is room for only 30 volunteers for this event. Form will be provided for individuals/families wishing to participate.

Fall Festival Hayride and Picnic. We will load at 2:45 p.m. in the Nance’s driveway at 19306 Copperoaks (behind the donkeys’ pasture) and pullout at 3:00 p.m. The picnic will be immediately after the conclusion of the hayride (@4:30 p.m.) and we will eat at the Picnic Area by Lake #1. All beef hotdogs will be provided, but other meats, casseroles, sides and desserts are welcome. We will also provide condiments for hotdogs, bottled waters and paper goods. Bring chairs for extra seating. MORE INFORMATION WILL FOLLOW CLOSER TO THE FALL FESTIVAL REQUESTING TRAILERS AND DRIVERS, HAYRIDE STOPS, ETC.

Outdoor Movie Night at the Mayo’s house at 19442 Lakeshore Drive. Bring lawn chairs, blankets, snacks and drinks for your family. Movie will begin at dusk.
