Last year’s residential sales here in Country Place were in line with prior years in terms of numbers, but prices have begun to moderate. One address that appears twice on the 2024 sales list, 3084 FM 346 E, now home to the Kraus family, first appeared as a “granny home”. Built in 1993 with no updates, the home sold at a bargain $104.95 a square foot. Purchased by a couple who build and renovate houses, this home went through a major update and sold a few months later at $175.43 a square foot. This is a great example of the importance of regular updates.
