Friends, we stock the lakes, feed the fish, re-build the piers and maintain the dams so that all the CPCA members and their kids can enjoy the lakes. We used to post the creel limits for fish at the lakes, but for those newcomers who haven’t read the restrictions, you can find the CPCA_FishingRules on page 17. The lake managers may want to update the bass limits based on the electro-shocking study we had done, but for the time-being the limit for bass is 2 over 12″, 4 catfish, 5 crappie, and 5 sunfish per person, per day. We ask that people limit their rigs to rod & reel or pole & line.
